The following recommendations from the church building committee were accepted by the congregation voters on October 11, 2007.
...that the Voters adopt the Master Plan prepared and presented by Plunkett Raysich Architects, Inc. as the Master Plan which will guide and direct any future building for ministry here at David's Star.
...that our immediate goal for ministry building at David's Star be the portion of the Master Plan labeled "Option 4."
...that the Voters approve an expenditure not to exceed $55,000 from the "Our Foundation Built on the Rock" Building Fund for the purpose of contracting with Plunkett Raysich Architects, Inc. to prepare schematic drawings for "Option 4" and a corresponding computer generated "fly through" to use as a communication tool with the members of David's Star.
...that the Voters direct the Church Council organize and implement a new campaign to raise funds for the completion of "Option 4."
